We see this alot for some reason, if you have had a brakeline fixed the shop had used these fittings or you have done it yourself and used the fittings called compression fittings then the shop or yourself have put you in danger of losing your brakes. Compression fittings can not hold the pressure of a typical ABS brake system in todays newer cars and can actually come apart and you will lose brakes. These will also not pass NYS inspection and lines must be replaced.
